“To make change happen (in fashion) we need to support companies from the inside”-Fredrik Timour, COP27

The conversation was organized by Climate-KIC, an EU Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) working to accelerate the transition to a zero-carbon, climate-resilient society, in partnership with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

The UN Global Innovation Hub is a space, where the panel discussion took place,  introduced new products, business models, innovations, and services. With a cluster of climate actors using the Pavilion at COP27 as a collaborative platform, the UGIH helped develop, transfer and deploy solutions that align with the SDGs and climate goals.

The conversations explored how innovation can advance markets, bring about new opportunities and both transform and create supply chains. Innovation can be used to manage change and discover new opportunities.

With the help of partners FILA, EY, Flex, Ninjas in Pyjamas and HODAKOVA, the Fashion Innovation Center’s continues to drive the transformation of the fashion sector towards a more sustainable and digital-enabled and impact driven future.
